“The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven..” John Milton
The power of hypnosis could not be more concisely expressed as than by John Milton. That where one sees problems, another sees a challenge, where one sees darkness, another can glimpse the light at the end of the tunnel. We all know this, we have all seen this in our own lives. Maybe with friends or acquaintances - those that are stuck and those that are moving forward. The question is - why is this the case? And the answer is belief. Those who believe it will get better, or that they are making a difference, or doing the right thing are those that will be looking to change a situation and make a positive impact. And conversely, those who believe they can't make a difference, that can't change things, or are stuck in a situation will be exactly that.

The good news is that belief can change. And hypnosis and hypnotherapy is the tool to use. Clinical hypnotherapy can talk with the unconscious in the language of the imagination. It is this that gives rise to belief, it is this that is the motivational factor, and the driving force in every person. And when you are in control of that driving force and can draw strength from it you are capable of doing so much more.
It may surprise you to know you are already using the power of hypnosis right now. Everybody is already using hypnosis, it is one of the most natural, common states - as common and natural as sleeping. So the important thing is not whether or not to use hypnosis, but rather what do you want to use it for. That is where I want to help. |
